Function: Risk Management (Q&RM)

Position: Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Essentials:

- Working knowledge of ICAI Code to assist in regulatory compliances related to auditor independence matters

- Experience with Firm acquisitions and due diligence

- Focus on research-oriented and solution enabler approach

- Good command over English language (spoken and written)

Job Role :

- Assistant Manager in independence team in Risk Management

- Analysis of auditor independence rules in ICAI Code, IESBA Code, SEC rules and Indian Companies Act and responses to queries raised by engagement teams on Firm independence and personal independence

- Helping with trainings on auditor independence matters

- Helping with testing of and ensuring compliance with auditor independence regulations

Academic Qualifications : CA

Experience : Post qualification experience in statutory audit or internal audit or managing compliances for accounting firms.
