Executive/AM/Manager/AVP/VP - Legal Entity Controllership - CA

Location: Delhi/NCR

Education: CA Must

Experience: for executive 2-4 years post CA apart from articleship & 5-7 years for AM, 7-8 years for Manager, 8+-9 years for AVP, 10+ years for VP

Note: For AM-VP levels person must have experience in team management

KRA/ Skills:

Monthly preparation of the P&L and balance sheet and commentary for various entities

Monthly/quarterly reconciliations and journals

Regulatory compliance

LE FX management

Recapitalisation, impairment reviews etc.

Performing Legal entity health checks.

Statutory financial reporting, including liaison with external auditors

LEC owned balance sheet reconciliations

Preparation of ad-hoc report & responding to queries.

The provision of LEC support to the business LEC's across the group

Ensuring adherence to timetable and maintaining a high quality of deliverables.
