Description:

The Specialist role in the SMSC will perform tasks to support marketing execution. The Specialist plays a critical and essential role in production and delivery of marketing services. The Specialist provides assistance to the marketing community by helping them understand services and tools available. This role supports consulting skills, and will be proactive and work well in both team and individual situations.

Responsibilities:

- Daily communication with clients about campaigns preparation/approvals/launch

- Consulting on optimal usage of marketing tools

- Interacting with clients on a daily basis and answering questions regarding production status or application related inquiries

- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure accurate and on-time campaign delivery

- Solid understanding of the direct marketing project process flow and execution to ensure the ability to successfully manage subsidiary requests.

- Ability to multi-task multiple execution team deliverables and meet deadlines

- Support clients in developing and reporting on results of their campaigns

- Accountability for resolving client issues, proposing solutions and escalating to the appropriate person to the point of resolution

- Work with SMSC clients/Subs to help them understand SMSC service offerings, and how those services can be used to optimize campaigns

- Flexible to work in Night Shifts (24- 7) and open to work on weekends

- Acute attention to detail with consistent follow through

- Exceptional work ethic and demonstrated enthusiasm towards colleagues and clients

- Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and presentation skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

- Should be intermediate on HTML language
