A leading law firm specializing in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, is seeking a talented and experienced Partner to join our dynamic team.

As a Partner specializing in Corporate M&A, you will play a pivotal role in driving the firm's growth, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional legal services.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage corporate M&A transactions from inception to closing, including due diligence, negotiations, drafting agreements, and regulatory compliance.

- Provide strategic advice to clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.

- Collaborate closely with other practice groups within the firm, including finance, tax, and regulatory teams, to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify opportunities for cross-selling firm services, and actively contribute to business development efforts.

- Stay abreast of legal developments, market trends, and industry best practices in corporate M&A, and share insights and knowledge with colleagues.

- Mentor and supervise junior associates and support staff, providing guidance, feedback, and training as needed.
