Execution Leader - Recruitment Specialist (RPO)

Location: Bellandur, Bangalore

Hybrid: Twice a week work from the office (11 AM to 8 PM)

Team Management role:

- Managing Key Stakeholders; Daily connect & weekly reviews per BU/Skills-based. Open positions Dashboard daily review and working closely with Internal leads & Client Key stakeholders (Business/Technical/TA)

- Review on Aging roles; Action plan & implementation

- Monthly onboarding forecasting 2 months in conjunction with client Internal Stakeholders & RGF's delivery team Leads.

- Hiring Manager Satisfaction Survey & dashboards

- Escalation to Account Head/Business Leaders, as and when required.

- Availability of Hiring Manager's calendar & sharing with RGF offsite delivery team for Interviews.

- Facilitating Feedback/Calls for Unique positions with Hiring managers/Leads with the client for Sourcing Team.

- Ensuring "X" no's of interviews per week for various skills.

- Ensuring 80%+ closures for roles channelized to Joining.

- Ensuring interviewing panel availability for respective skills on defined dates.

- Ensuring recruitment drives on assigned skills on weekdays/Saturdays as & when required. Aligning the Sourcing plan back to RGF.

- Ensure Invoicing/Payments release/PO's happen on time and work closely with RGF & client Finance.
