Key Roles & Responsibilities:
The overall responsibility is to manage a multi-platform elite team of customer advisers, with a view to training, quality and continuous improvement. Must be customer obsessed, worked in a BtoC environment, with customers in the US / Europe and with a minimum of 8 years experience.
An ideal candidate would:
- Good experience with elite teams for preferred customers
- Systematic in the training modules and the way to build up a CS team
- Confident team manager
- Should know the kinds of issues in CS and can deal with them effectively
- Should have worked with end customers (in the US, Europe and India) - need that global experience
- Should have worked on phone, chat and email platforms
