Exclusive Relationship Manager - NRI - Banking

- Working in a spoke and hub mode for developing NRI base in nearby branches.

- Ensuring regulatory and procedure compliance in NRI operations.

- Generating revenue through retail forex, inward remittance and outward remittance,

- Issuances of demand drafts, traveller's cheque, travel cards.

- Assisting customer with booking of forward contracts.

- Laisioning with nearby branch for outward remittance and travel cards.

- Opening of Fixed Deposits, FCNR, and overdrafts.

- Continuous monitoring of CASA Balance for your portfolio.

- Providing one stop solution to customer for all service and investments needs to clients.

- Front end resolution for customer queries like debit card issuance, creation of term deposits all services related to their account.

- Sale of a third party products like insurance, mutual funds, general insurance.
