This compared to the large conglomerates (Airtel, BSNL/MTNL) or well-funded platers (ACT Fibernet, YouBroadband from Vodafone) or publicly listed (Hathaway) or players with long history (Spectranet, DEN, Tikona) is an amazing success story of Excitel. Excitel has been steadily growing its subscriber base largely due to their powerful technology and strong word-of-mouth from users. This year we have 20 cities in our portfolio and envisage to expand to 50 cities by 2022. While Excitel's initial industry-first plans & industry-best delivery gave it an exponential growth in these years, competition has now copied the promises, if not the delivery, thus confusing the consumers. Someone with a process mindset, getting work done attitude and excellent execution skills Reporting to: Circle Head directly and to the Director, PST Roles and responsibilities: - Running the Partner success team drumbeat in the circle - Owning the target related to onboarding and managing the Excitel regional partners - Ensuring Process adherence and implementation of processes defined in the function - Team training and performance management of all team members - Ensuring inter functional coordination and alignment with Partner Network, core network and sales - Responsible for Excitel regional partners' growth, service delivery level and business alignment for the circle resulting in standard operational SOP followed and executed by all partners in the circle Key Performance Indicators: - Getting suitable supply: ERP Onboarding Targets - Monthly - Ensuring business alignment by ERPs and good Customer experience in the circle: 4 hour SLA Targets on Issue tickets - Monthly - Team Management: % of A rated PST managers out of total - ERP Alignment : % of Networks in Good + Ok - Optical power level Key Result Activities: - Minimum 4 days in a week on Field with PST managers - At Least 8 ERP meetings in a week - Weekly Training of PST managers - Streamlining regular Ops and identifying gaps - Behavioral Competencies needed for this role: - Analytical Skills - Change Readiness - Flawless execution - Managing Talent Functional Competencies needed for this role: - Relationship management - Proficient Communication Skills - Proficient Negotiation Skills - Data Driven Decision making skills - Process/Policy Adherence and Implementation skills Professional Experience/ Qualification : - With 5-8 years of experience in a Sales/ Business/ Growth role with a startup or high growth organization. - Pref an Engineering Graduate and or MBA/PGDM (Sales/ Marketing) - With excellent interpersonal skills coupled with stakeholder management - Ability to work in a target driven and demanding environment - High degree of creativity for developing target based systems and practices - Thrives in a fast-paced environment; able to work in ambiguity and be flexible as priorities change - Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm for Hypothesis - Takes an empathic approach, but not afraid of conflict - Strategic Thinking and business perspective Analytical, conceptual, problem solving & decision making Skills Systems Orientation Initiative and Drive, high energy Excellent verbal and non verbal Communication Skills
