Manage and deliver revenue growth from allocated Strategic accounts. Identify new business opportunities by building a database of accounts/ prospects within the defined geography.
Primary responsibility is to identify prospects & pitch our offerings in the Intelligent Targeting space to/ with clients based across region. Drive achievement of sales and revenue targets and develop a business implementation plan for the zone to ensure that it delivers against its targets.

- Business Planning & Development
- Identify Areas in Which New Excitel Partners Can Be Onboarded
- Onboard New Excitel Partners
- Act as A Business Manager for Excitel Partner and Assist to Attain Profitability
- Partner Relationship Management
- Resolve Customer Escalations
- Partner Rating Management
- Ensure partners resolve the customers issues within stipulated time by following Excitel protocols
- Adherence to Excitel Processes & Systems
- Co-Ordinate with Related Teams to Resolve Partner & Customer Related Issues
- Partner Staff Training
- Act as a Problem Solver for Excitel & Excitel Partners
