About the role:

- A techno- commercial experienced professional with expertise core operations pertaining to Telecom/ ISP segment.

- Execute the guideline and direction for Planning/ Designing and Operating the technology ecosystem for delivering wireline Internet & TV services by Stitching Multi-vendor platform in coordinative working with multiple technical functions with a focus on steady and stable Broadband & Video Services.

a) Lead the Unified NOC consisting of resources from multiple technical functions (NOC/Systems/Access Networks) by defining & creating the solutions (Hardware & Software) to build robust last mile network and converge multiple services (Data/ Video).

b) Support the chronic issues related to technology which mostly includes mass outages/ Partner Network Fallouts/ Specific device or hardware/Software -Firmware/ bug fixing.

c) Research & Development of new product line for access networks (FTTH/ CATV/ IPTV/ ME) by driving the Excitel standards with multi-vendor integrations.

d) Encourage consistent & continuous compliance & processes are followed by Partner team and vendors with standards/ protocols/ regulatory requirement & safety.

e) Extensive interactions with multiple teams (internal & external) to understand the requirement or problem areas with a thought of planning & designing the solutions and overcome the problem areas.

f) Anticipate potential problems and proactively give suggestions to peer teams in areas like process adherence, technology up gradation/ optimization, better service delivery & support.

g) Involving & Closely Working with FTTH Planning team for planning and deploying robust Wire line Networks

h) Evaluates new technologies and build Automations and processes by closing the gaps in daily Operations.

i) Evaluates viability of new technology and service offerings for continued company development and expansion.
