Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all marketing-related functions.
- Responsible for awards entry, delegate, and subscriptions revenues.
- Managing a team of marketing and telesales executives.
- Creating and implementing marketing strategies across brands, products,services, target groups - exchange4media.com, Impact, impactonnet.com, Pitch, pitchonnet.com, samachar4media.com, Realty Plus, rprealtyplus.com, 25+ awards brands, 30+ conference brands and 20+ custom events.
- Working alongside sales and event production teams to help identify new products and identify newer target audiences for existing products and brands.
- Setting and managing marketing budgets to maximise ROI.
- Engaging with and positioning the products clearly and effectively in front of the target audience to generate revenue.
- Defining and overseeing marketing communications via all appropriate channels, with an emphasis on online, social, email, content marketing and telesales
- Using customer analytics (e.g., customer behaviour, campaign results) to develop go-to market activities.
- Managing external partnerships (e.g., media, barters, research, etc.)
Requirements:
- Proven B2B marketing experience.
- Significant experience in managing a marketing team.
- Experience of setting marketing strategy and hands-on implementation.
- Proven experience with product development and revenue generation.
- Through knowledge ofsocial media marketing.
- Knowledge of advertising, media and marketing domains would be beneficial.
- Creative, lateral thinker who can develop ideas and manage change.
- Audience focused.
- Strong project management skills.
- Results driven.
- A degree in marketing is desirable but not essential.
- Good knowledge of marketing technologies
