Job Description :

- Accountable for India entity's finance and accounting deliverable, compliance and strategy.

- Management of India GAAP

- Responsible for accurate and timely delivery of local monthly results

- Responsible for Budgeting, Forecasting, FPA, P&L

- Ensure all processes are executed accurately and timely. Ensure audits happen effectively and efficiently. Ensure gaps are communicated and mitigated in a timely manner.

- Develop and implement continued improvement to recurring accounting processes and associated timelines; A/P, Payroll, Advance tax, PF, Gratuity, Reimbursements, Treasury management

- Ensure timely filing of all tax and tax related statutory documentation

- Track and address queries or notices from the Income Tax department in a timely manner.

- Lead the local budgeting process and analysis of budget to actual results.

- Responsible for monitoring the process for adherence to company policies and procedures that conform with SOX Requirements

Required Candidate profile :

What we're looking for :

- Qualified accountant CA required

- Ability to perform advanced mathematical/accounting operations.

- Must possess excellent communication skills in English with ability to exchange information with others clearly and concisely.
