ExcelaCom Technologies - Head - Product Management - Telecom B/OSS

- Should have worked across BSS/OSS systems from lead generation to order creation, fulfillment, activation, service assurance(fault/performance management) and billing

- Development of roadmap for customer's BSS transformation (CRM)

- Knowledge about Enterprise products (B2B space) is needed e.g. managed broadband, managed security etc

- Telecom/Cable Background is a must.

- Manage Architecture deliverables; ensure understanding of Solution across all Epics and Tracks.

- Knowledge of COTS products across BSS/OSS stack is needed

- Create and maintain end-to-end architecture artifacts including but not limited to, interface design document, process design document, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams and data models across the B/OSS ecosystem.

- Create and maintain the solution architecture roadmap across all Epics and produce architecture blueprints for each release iteration

- Review business requirements and collaborate with development teams to identify system impacts and estimates.

- Conduct and represent in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions as necessary during the design and integration phases.

- Follow through architecture issues and integration challenges that arise throughout the software development life cycle and provide resolution.

- Collaborate and drive alignment with key business stakeholders, solution development and testing teams on architecture approach and direction.

- Familiarity with Agile software development processes knowledge of scaled agile framework is preferred

- Participation on international projects or international employment - both related to presales/consultation/product management in area of telecommunications (OSS/BSS)

- Experience with product definition, development cycle and related processes.

- Experience in Product Strategy, Product Lifecycle is must

- Ability to understand & define detailed information architecture for product features.

- Participate in product strategic planning and roadmap definition.

- Help manage the product life cycle from market / customer requirements to tactical activities leading to delivery.

Experience Required

Overall 15+ yrs of experience

Minimum of Ten (10) years' experience as an enterprise / solution architect covering service-oriented architecture, web applications architecture encompassing several platforms and tools

Minimum of Five (5) years- experience as Product manager covering go to market, B/OSS architecture, BSS/OSS background

- Defining product road map and software enterprise architecture

- Good knowledge of analyzing and documenting complex business processes and an in depth understanding of BSS, Business process analysis, system architecture,

- A good understanding of BSS related 3GPP standards, wealth practical experiences on integration with core network via standard protocols, and provision is essential.

- Knowledge of eTOM and TAM, preferably even SID would be advantageous. Experience of managing end to end experience of the project lifecycle is essential as well as proven experience interacting directly with end users.

- Demonstrating ability to create systems architecture and solution design given a brief product requirement

- Designing new features to meet new business requirements

- Experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Middleware oriented management, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Software technologies (J2EE, Mobility, Oracle), Enterprise Architecture tools (Visio, IBM Rational Software Architect, etc.), NFV, SDN and Wireless infrastructure market etc., is needed

- Workflow and business process management

- System integration lifecycle for a full stack BSS and/or OSS implementation

- Expertise On COTS Platforms

- Platform modules like Sales Quote Order Experience, Order Delivery Orchestrator, Partner Relationship Management
