Looking for an outstanding professional to head this operation. The successful Leader should ideally be heading OTC function of a leading company with significant size & scale of operation with a proven track record of setting up & expansion of new business.

Candidate should have good commercial acumen, flair in managing internal/external relations and strategic vision for aggressive growth.

The leader would be a revenue builder with the ability to create business networks and connectivity with right skill set to effectively lead this division.

This individual should be ambitious, entrepreneur, self-starter and an innovative thinker with broad-based experience in OTC segment with proven track record and ability to quickly analyze key business drivers.

- Spearheading OTC business initiatives consistent with overall strategy of the company.

- Develop a strategic plan to promote revenue, profitability and growth.

- Revenue generation and strategic partnerships development and management.

- Build and manage a business development team

- Serve as a key member of the executive team that sets the company’s strategic direction.

- Full responsibility for sales & marketing, managing agreed targets, controls and systems

- Forge long-term relationship with Customers, Business Partners and other associates.

- Leadership, efficient team building, culture building and training.

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:

- Candidate would be responsible for OTC business deliverables – through planning, strategizing and implementing the immediate and medium term operating plans and Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals.

- Direct & coordinate company sales and marketing functions and maintain the P&L for the division.

- Plan, analyze and allocate brand budgets in accordance with objectives& work closely with brand team to ensure effective execution & delivery of agreed P&L.

- Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology.

- Direct and oversee the divisions marketing function and to identify and develop new customers for products.

- Research and develop strategies &plans to identify marketing opportunities and new project development.

- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.

- Develop and to manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee management of internal operating budgets.

- Plan and develop the divisions marketing and communications materials.

- Recommend and administer policies &procedures to enhance operations.

- Oversee all the hiring, training and development of personnel involved in Sales and Marketing.

EDUCATION:

MBA / PGDBM (Marketing) from premier institute.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

- Strong personality and command respect, yet with good diplomatic skills.

- Analytical Skill with good judgment and decision making skills.

- Has a pioneer’s mentality and a strong drive, willingness and passion to make things happen.

- Motivator and stimulator and should have a dynamic leadership ability to inspire and enthuse people across the board.
