The successful candidate in this role will be responsible for: - Establishing and maintain relationship with industry, trade and professional organizations to enhance visibility of the firm and its portfolio companies in the market place - Industry mapping including IPOs, M&amp;As, private placement in the Indian markets - Build financial models along with the company, deal team and professional advisors - Engage and facilitate the conduct of various diligences - legal, financials, tax, commercial - Providing on-going monitoring of assets which are in advanced and early stage exit processes including review of monthly operating results and comparison with targets - Engage with industry professionals including research analysts and others to understand various businesses with an objective to form a view on exit alternatives at the stage of investment. - Interacting / working alongwith the investment teams to assist in any capital raising / exit evaluation of a potential investment opportunity.
