In keeping with Everstone's DNA of that of a business builder, we look at people with business acumen, strong analytical and communication skills, people who are passionate about what they do, have the ability to think on their feet, and are team players.  Team Overview :   - The responsibility of this team is to plan the exit strategy of the fund in India and South East Asia and execute and manage the exit transactions for the firm and its co investors.  Job Profile :   The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to :  - Providing initial review and screening of exit strategies for portfolio companies across private equity and real estate investments;   - Preparing and working with Everstone's investing teams to build financial models for different portfolio companies and preparing fund exits models for real estate and private equity;   - Maintaining a valuation profile of portfolio companies, including analysis of comparative companies, benchmarking, market analysis, tracking industry transactions, etc.;   - Assisting in preparation and presentation of exit option recommendations to the firm's senior management and co-investors;  - Executing mergers and acquisitions, strategic sales and capital markets transactions and running processes, including interactions with lawyers, bankers, accountants, consultants, PR firms and other trade and professional entities;  - Working with Everstone's operations teams to help prepare and monitor portfolio companies in preparation for exit;  - Assisting in interactions with portfolio company management teams and investor meetings;  - Assisting in providing corporate finance advice and support to portfolio companies;
