TIO reports to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of the firm Job Description: - Working closely with The Investment Office (TIO), and being the custodian of all relevant data for the BD team. Providing BD team members regular updates on the deal pipeline, portfolio, exits, etc, across the various fund platforms. - Being the custodian of all marketing materials required by the BD Team. - Developing and supporting on various presentations and reports. - Assimilating macro updates, sector reports and any other relevant information. - Supporting the Head of Investor Relations on preparation of Quarterly Newsletters and other investor updates. - Supporting in the coordination of Investor visits; - Ensuring all work is completed in a timely manner and produced to the highest possible standard. Key skills and professional qualifications: - 2 to 5 years of experience in a research role with a leading investment bank or consulting firm. - Proficiency in preparing power point presentations. - Strong report writing skills. - Well organised, with the ability to work with large amounts of data. - Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task. - Good communication skills. - MBA (Finance) or a Chartered Financial Analyst preferred.
