ROLE: - Understand the client/engagement dynamics and help perform secondary/qualitative /quantitative research and analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions. Expected to take lead in generating relevant insights. - Help in executing primary and secondary market research by taking lead in designing of research material, supervise field-work co-ordination (in-house/outsourced as needed) and take lead in collation, synthesis and interpretation of research findings into actionable recommendations. - Work with APAC teams based in Singapore, Tokyo and Shanghai. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work under supervision as part of a team engaged in strategy consulting, Market Research, Market Access and Custom assignments. - Provide necessary inputs in terms of sample framework, timeline feasibility and appropriate market research methodologies (stand-alone, sequential, LOI etc.) at the business proposal stage. - Post proposal, supervise translating business issues into meaningful research material, both qualitative and quantitative as needed. - Supervise fieldwork in co-ordination with the external research partners to ensure successful project completion within deadline. - Supervise processes to ensure the accuracy and sanctity of market research findings. - Take lead in preparing market research specific insights output by using story-board format. REQUIREMENTS: - Master's degree in Business or Psychology with 3 to 5 years- experience. - Any experience in Life sciences/Healthcare/Pharma consulting or market research will be an advantage. - Experience in designing sample frameworks - Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies - Experience in working on complex assignments across methodologies and business issues - Experience in handling field work - Experience in field work quality and control measures - Experience in preparing market research outputs - Excellent MS Excel and Power point skills - Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English - Good academic record The role may require irregular work hours, occasionally demanding and straddling time zones.
