Senior Associate (Finance & Operations) (Salary 7lk-10lks)

Job Description:

We are seeking a hard-working & motivated individual to join the finance team of our investing firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all finance, accounting and investment operations (trading, settlement, bank instructions) including liaising with outsourced consultants.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all finance & investment related operations

2. Act as point of contact for all finance & trading related operations with outsourced consultants, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.

3. Complete daily transactions (liaison with brokers, banks, fund accountants and custodians)

4. Maintain high level of data integrity, process efficacy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA with good grades / CA Inter qualification would be preferred.

2. Proficiency in usage of Microsoft Excel: Prior experience working on Microsoft excel - ability to use various functions in Microsoft excel & work with large datasets.

3. Motivated and Execution-oriented: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, drive results and execute effectively.

4. Long-term Perspective: Commitment to long-term growth with the company.

5. Right Personality Fit: Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.

6. Experience: Prior experience in finance & accounting or related fields is preferred. Experience in trading operations in the past is a positive, but not a necessary requirement.

The firm manages capital for some of India's leading family offices, entrepreneurs' and professionals.

Role:

This is an in-office role in a 3-5 member team in Leela Palace, Old Airport Road, Indiranagar, Bangalore working from 9:am - 6pm, Mon to Fri.
