We are looking for the Head, Inside Sales executive to shape our B2B Inside Sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible architecting a sales strategy and building out a team of Inside Sales Executives across enterprise and mid-market sales. This is a key Management role and have ESOPs attached to it as compensation as well. Job Requirements : 1) Proven Inside sales experience as a Manager &amp; Executive 2) Experience with handling International Clients 3) In-depth understanding of the sales administration process 4) Strong analytical and organizational skills 5) Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude 6) Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day in the past Job Responsibilities : 1) Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals. 2) Manage the inside sales representatives team 3) Assist in the development of the sales plan.
