The ideal candidate will have growth in all stages of growth, community building, brand management, partnerships, account management & product building. They will be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good execution & communication skills. Ability to execute at a rapid pace, and take ownership of the company for growth.

Responsibilities

Selected applicants' day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Scale the platform to over 5 Mn users from 500K users in 12 months.

- Brainstorm New Approaches to Create Brand Campaigns for companies like Dunzo, Jio, HP, Unlu & others brands.

- Handle & Execute Creative Campaigns on college campuses & clubs

- Build a team of campus ambassadors from over 100+ colleges across the nation.

- Partner with brands, and companies to offer branding & recruitment platform.

- Developing, implementing, and managing Influencer Marketing Strategy

- Building the students' community platform

- Developing effective content-driven plans including the development of a Brand marketing calendar

- Coordinating with brands and crafting custom promotional content and running campaigns on brands' marketing styles.

- Onboard new brands for brand partnerships, and collaborations with youth-facing brands.

- Day-to-day account management, including the review of brand trackers, reports, recaps, maintaining database invoices, budget management, etc

- Initiate, and collaborate on new brand campaigns including reaching out to new brands, activating existing brands, and building and maintaining a strong relationship.

- Partnerships with colleges & universities across the country.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- 5+ Years of work experience in Growth, Marketing, Product, and Executing campaigns

- Creative individual

- Masters degree preferred

- Strong negotiation skills

- Good knowledge of Technology & Tools

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong grasp of English
