- Executing creative development, targeting segmentation, and performance analysis - Partnering with Events and Category teams to execute promotional events - Experimenting with different event and visibility constructs to improve efficiency for the program - Creating and scheduling individual merchandising campaigns across website and mobile - Optimizing campaigns, messaging and navigation through testing and data analysis, documenting the results and sharing best practices - Determining the appropriate methods and systems of metrics for measuring and monitoring marketing effectiveness - Significant experience in building online content and experiences - Online merchandising or outbound marketing programs - Experience writing customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to the internet shopper. - The role will require working with local and international teams, managing expectations and dependencies with multiple stakeholders. - The ideal candidate will need to be detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects and priorities at once, comfortable with ambiguity. - The candidate will be able to synthesize business objectives into rapid and flawlessly executed high quality marketing programs, driving a programme of work with high autonomy. - Past experience with online merchandising or outbound marketing programs is mandatory. - Besides having first-class written/verbal communication skills, the specialist will need to be able to see and show results with data - understanding customer behavior and across different customer cohorts through analytics is critical to success and SQL abilities will be plus. - Technical requirements include XML, Excel, Word, plus the ability to learn in-house tools quickly
