Job Description :

- Job requires the person to work in a dynamic environment for various clients across different fuctions looking into the following aspects :

- Hands on experience in Python/R, Statistical Modeling, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics

- Hand-on experience in handling big data, familiar with various big data platform and interfaces

- Proven hands-on experience of Deep Learning techniques

- Responsible for providing thought leadership and technical advice on statistical and methodological frameworks to team / project managers and clients

- Sound knowledge of statistics/econometrics/data mining and research methods.

- Supporting the management team in business development initiatives expanding solutions portfolio and offerings in analytics domain

- Help in setting up the CoE for supply chain and optimization

- Manage multiple projects, at a time, from inception to delivery

Desired Skills :

- We are looking for candidates who have demonstrated both client servicing and advanced analytics skills.

- At least 8 - 12 years of experience in the field of data science, statistical modeling & Machine Learning with direct client service exposure (served clients in a consultant or team leader capacity)

- Strong domain knowledge, with major focus in solution designing, statistical modeling and solution delivery

- Superior problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with a - can do- attitude

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional, cross-border teams and coach / mentor colleagues

Education and Experience :

- Graduate / Post-graduate in Statistics / Economics / Mathematics / Computer Science / Operation research / Engineering from a reputed university

- 8-12 years of experience in data analytics - with extensive experience across domains such as Supply Chain, Retail, Marketing, etc
