Extensive experience in the Logistics and / or CPG domain

Experience of working in solution areas like :

- Strategic Insights and Market Intelligence

- Market Sizing and Market Landscape Assessment

- Customer Insights

- Corporate Strategy support

- Innovation Support

- Project Delivery

a) Manage and own end-to-end project delivery for clients

b) Ensure quality of deliverables

c) Manage project profitability

- Ensure optimal staffing of analysts on projects

- Develop best practices and drive process efficiencies to reduce overall project cost

a) Manage relationship with client contacts; travel to client site, as required, to build client relationships and mine accounts

- Business Growth

a) Work with other stakeholders to drive practice growth

- Articulate growth strategies for existing and new clients

- Conceptualize solutions to drive non-linear growth

a) Work with the sales team to achieve the targeted business growth

Consultative Thinking :

- Provide significant thought leadership in structuring client problems

- Help the project teams perform complex data analysis / modeling on assignments

- Conceptualize innovative solutions for scale and value in client engagements

- Conceptualize relevant frameworks, research techniques, and ideas

- Publish articles and whitepapers in internal and external forums

People - Proven experience in leading a team of 40-50 people :

- Maintain the target team utilization

- Keep the team engaged and motivated; focus to keep the attrition low

- Act as a visionary leader, guide and mentor to the team members

- Motivate the team to focus on innovation and come up with new ideas / solutions

Skill Set Required :

- Proven client consulting and problem solving skills

- In-depth knowledge of Logistics and / or CPG Industry

- Experience in business development, solution building, business research project delivery

- Good leadership skills

- Good team player

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
