Job description : Senior Business Analyst - Business Research - Conduct qualitative research and prepare standard or custom products - Identify and structure problems, and plan delivery with managers - Communicate effectively with clients via emails, phone calls, and conference calls - Contribute actively to team discussions, and work on various group-specific strategic initiatives - Develop analytical frameworks and research protocols Skill Set : - Sound knowledge of data compilation, analysis, synthesis, and presentation - Ability to draw insights from available information - Team player with an ability to work in challenging situations - Strong oral and written communication skills - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel - Sound knowledge of key research databases - Advanced user of standard or meta search engines - Ability to understand the link between client needs, data, and its application - Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills - Innovative thinker with solution-oriented approach Education and Experience : - University degree from a reputed institute with 3- 5 years of advanced research experience.
