Evalueserve - Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst - IBD Analytics - CA/CFA

What Your Responsibilities will be :

The Sr.Analyst/lead analyst will join the investment banking team at Evalueserve, and support bankers across several critical research areas, such as the following :

- Update market data charts; create market slides, newsletters, and Excel models develop deal runs, league tables, and ownership updates across sectors; and screen companies / M&A.

- Allocate work, run quality checks on deliverables, train and guide team members, maintain efficiency, ensure adherence to SLAs, and undertake internal client communication.

- Provide effective, on-time, objective, and constructive feedback to team members to ensure their overall development.

- Handle ad hoc research / recurring requests, as per clients' requirements.

- Identify proactive ways of contributing to Evalueserve's goals and mission.

What You Will Need To Have :

- In-depth knowledge of various databases, such as Capital IQ, EIKON, and FactSet, along with Excel skills.

- Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.

- Strong strategic management capabilities and highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to develop innovative solutions.

- Bachelor's degree (BTech, BA, BBA, BBE, BCom, etc.) from reputed institutes; or master's degree with major in economics or accounting; or MBA (finance); or chartered accountant / CFA / equivalent degree.

- 5-8 years of relevant experience.

- Strong Accounting and financial skills.

- Good MS Office skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner.

- Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills.

- In-depth knowledge of three databases- FactSet, Thomson ONE, Capital IQ, along with knowledge of formula building in Excel.

- Ability to challenge current thinking by implementing new ways of working.

- Ability to work in rotational shift (early morning till late evening).
