Fund Marketing (Research Lead role) for Asset Management This role will require the selected candidate to work with fund marketing team of asset managers across the globe to: - Understand client requirements and recommend solutions for the challenges they face related to their fund marketing function - Transition fund marketing related processes to Evalueserve/ Lead independent projects The key responsibilities will include : Engage new clients and transition processes: - Engage new clients for fund marketing related services and drive the transition of such processes - Manage overall workflow and end-to-end project delivery including scoping and structuring the engagement, transition of process, and managing ongoing delivery - Providing the team with thought leadership, project ideation and execution, quality control, bandwidth allocation and prioritization - Responsible for hiring, performance management, mentoring, and training of the team Account Management: - Identify and execute opportunities to expand the current engagements - Take up additional responsibilities as when required to drive the growth of this function - Drive design and development of automation tools and platforms that provide Evalueserve a competitive advantage in this domain Business Development: - Work with BU heads and the client executives to drive overall growth of this function, identify new business opportunities, and work on innovation and automation to improve team productivity, etc. - Work on pilot engagements for winning new business, responding to RFPs, preparing proposals for new client engagements, etc. Training and Knowledge Development: - Training of new members - Continuous knowledge development of the team Requirements : - At least 5+years of experience directly related to fund marketing services including Factsheets, Marketing Presentations, RFP/RFI/DDQs, Consultant Databases, Client Reporting/Services, and Investor reports, etc. - Team handling experience - Ability to ensure that tasks are clearly defined for each individual in the team; ensuring that all areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner - Experience of establishing new accounts and transitioning client processes - Ability to manage multiple projects at a given time - Ability to adapt to and deliver as per requirements of different clients - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Good analytical skills and an ability to solve problems Education &amp; Experience : Graduate/Post-graduate from a reputed institute with a relevant work experience of 6-8 years
