Job Description The candidate will work closely with application developers working on Microsoft bases technology suite focus on meeting or exceeding stakeholders' expectations by maintaining quality and delivering software on time. The candidate will also be responsible for improving application engineering and development capabilities and contributing to achieving wider team goals. - Plan, coordinate, supervise and deliver projects within agreed timescales and budget - Coordinate demands related to many projects into one delivery plan - Responsible for the scoping, planning, budgeting, and forecasting a release - Maintain a resource forecast that matches the aggregate demand profile - Maintain an aggregate view of projects, report progress, and provide input from a technology perspective - Develop and maintain effective relationships with teams across the organization and ensure the delivery of applications - Liaise with project / product managers and keep them updated on release progress against milestones, risks, issues, and finances - Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships - Good understanding of data risks and Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and data quality concepts - Drive controls implementation and testing for effectiveness. Support monitoring of controls effectiveness - Support / lead evaluation and review of emerging delivery methods, tools, and standards, and apply new ways of working as appropriate - Collaborate with the application support / service teams to ensure a smooth transition of applications into their BAU environments - Ensure all governance, risk policies, procedures, and compliance policies are adhered to Skill Set Required - Experience in secured and high-performance risk / finance IT applications for banks or financial institution - Project management in accounting, structural reforms & regulatory projects in the Financial Services industry is preferred - A good understanding of data risks and Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and data quality concepts - The ability to evaluate consumers' critical usages and associated Critical Data Elements (CDE) - Define and maintain appropriate CDE definitions and their Data Lineages using EDM tools like Collibra - Drive controls implementation and testing for effectiveness. Support monitoring of controls effectiveness - Define good quality Business Rules - Collaborate with multiple teams to agree Data Quality requirements and work with platform teams to implement Data Quality rules - Maintain strong working relationships with the stakeholders, risk management teams - Finance and/or product knowledge of financial instruments - Basic knowledge of SQL, relational databases and data warehouses - Experience in developing and implementing control frameworks - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to communicate with management, staff, and customers effectively and professionally, as well as demonstrate sound judgment and reasoning skills - Familiarity with vendor products like AXIOM SL ("Axiom"),Quantitative Risk Management ("QRM"); and Moody's Analytics Solutions for capital reporting is preferred
