Evalueserve - Manager/Senior Manager - Private Equity

We'll trust you to:

- Lead and Manage Private Equity Engagements.

- Run end to end pilots and responsible for outcome of the pilots.

- Work with sales team on business development activities.

- Participate in new client discussions, conduct workshops and demos.

- Transition new engagements from client site to Evalueserve.

- Responsible for Client and Team Management.

- Manage Staffing and Attrition for the teams.

- Assist team on complex projects and deliver error-free outcomes, while maintaining high levels of efficiency and clear client communication.

- Assist in Quality Control.

- Conduct on-the-job and off-the-job training sessions for team members.

- Look for New Solution Areas and white spaces.

- Look for Technology ideas within the solution area, and work with the ICT team to move the idea to the next stage.

What you'll need to have:

- 8-15 years of financial/ investment banking/private equity/buy side research experience with global clients.

- End to end knowledge of PE deal process and key products.

- Knowledge of conducing and managing pilot engagements.

- Sound financial modeling skills, quantitative skills and strong in corporate finance skills.

- Strong in creating power point presentations (Teasers/CIM) for deals.

- Strong in working on unstructured and open-ended requests.

- Excellent in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Proficiency in databases - Pitchbook, CapIQ, FactSet.
