Looking for GM/AVP Bid Management Job description: Job requires the person to work in a dynamic environment for various clients across different functions looking into the following aspects: - Responsible for providing thought leadership and technical advice on business issues - Design methodological frameworks and solutions at the time of proposal building - Experience of working on creating responses to RFP, SOW preparations, proposal submissions etc. - Supporting the management team in business development initiatives ; expanding solutions portfolio and offerings in analytics domain - Sound knowledge of one or more business functions/industries such as Marketing and Sales, Supply chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail etc. - Manage multiple projects, at a time, from inception to delivery - Provide requisite guidance to project managers Desired Skills: - We are looking for candidates who have demonstrated both client servicing and business analytics skills. - At least 9 years of experience in the field of business intelligence and reporting - Strong exposure towards RFP response submission, building SOWs etc. - Strong PowerPoint skills on building slides on use cases, capabilities etc. and showcasing it in meetings - Superior problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills - Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with a "can do" attitude - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional, cross-border teams and coach / mentor colleagues. Education & experience: - Graduate / Post-graduate in Computer Science / Operation research / Engineering from a reputed university - &gt; 9 years of experience in data analytics with extensive experience across domains such as Sales, Marketing etc.
