Job description - Equity Research - Capital Goods - Sell Side It is an equity research role with a focus on understanding what macro-economic parameters impact the revenue of individual companies. The analysis part is carried out using statistical tools in Excel using large sets of data, sourced from company fillings and databases like Bloomberg. Therefore, candidate with ER experience who understands these relationships, and is proficient in advanced Excel with knowledge of statistics will be preferred. Job Requirements: - Sector preference for the role will be Capital goods/ Industrial/Machinery/Chemicals sector. - Proficiency in advanced Excel (Index Match, Offset, etc.) - Understanding of statistical concepts - Having good experience of reading company fillings in order to build company models - Experience of using databases like Bloomberg - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
