Position Summary:&nbsp; As a member of the financial services leadership team, the candidate will architect and deliver research solutions; initiate, build, and sustain relationships with clients and prospects; and develop and mentor team members. As an AVP of the financial services team, the chosen candidate will be responsible for establishing credibility internally and externally, deliver value, and play a leadership role in the next stage of the company's growth. Job Description :&nbsp; - Lead strategic / digital initiatives for fundamental research and help senior leadership to implement broader strategic / digital initiatives - Serve as an account / delivery manager for key accounts, as needed - Manage and execute competitive pilots with hands-on leadership - Demonstrate strong functional expertise by providing content leadership on projects - Plan long-term project resource requirements - Define success factors and identify critical team goals and objectives - Drive the team to achieve client delight - Lead and coordinate with diverse teams to achieve desired outcomes - Develop and ensure that retention and employee backfill plans are in place - Demonstrate experience in presenting and interacting with top leadership - Report and drive KPI's to achieve and over-achieve goals Other Responsibilities: - Provide feedback and coach and guide team members to ensure their optimal contribution - Regularly assess each teams- readiness (skills, capacity, and capability) and develop action plans to ensure business success - Improve existing delivery processes and lead automation where applicable - Maintain awareness of competitive service offerings and position the company to win Skill Sets Required: - A minimum of 12 years of proven experience in fundamental research - Proven skills in equity / credit research - Ability to demonstrate hands-on project delivery experience - Skilled at leading and coordinating across diverse teams to achieve desired outcomes - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor, coach, and train team members - Excellent communication, client relationship, and analytical skills - Well organized and should consistently meet commitments - Flexible and promote a teamwork environment Education and Experience - Graduate / postgraduate with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience Compensation - To be decided on a case-by-case basis
