- The position is of an Associate with the Research Management support team of a reputed Investment bank client of ours. The role involves working closely with the Research management team based in New York & London. - The role is centered on measuring the performance and output of our Research analysts, Research teams & assess our overall business vis-a-vis the competitors. It involves extensive analysis of data as well as managing projects & initiatives to help drive the strategy of the department in different regions. - The successful candidate will be a confident self-starter with strong communication and analytical skills, who works well in a team and can manage and prioritize multiple tasks within deadlines. Strong Excel skills are a must as the role involves analysis of large and complex data chunks. In addition, the candidate must have the ability to present in an effective way & extract key takeaways and convey them in an actionable form to senior stakeholders.
