Position at a glance: Evalueserve is strategically expanding its footprint in the Asset & Wealth Management domain using a combination of content, automation, digital and analytics capabilities. The industry vertical is deeply impacted by regulations, disruptive market forces and changing client / customer preferences. Evalueserve's strategic initiatives includes developing new solutions to cater to these evolving needs while deepening our client and delivery footprint. This position will be responsible for solution design and delivery for this segment using a combination of our capabilities. Responsibilities include and are not limited to: - Work closely with BU Head, sales and solutions architects in creating and pitching appropriate solution offering collaterals for the prospects - Lead brainstorming sessions and propose hypothesis, approaches and techniques. Lead scoping discussions with the account management teams - Participate in client meetings to provide a capability view and support consulting & solution design initiatives - Lead all aspects of transition & delivery and manage the operational P&L - Keep a close watch on emerging technologies and potential services and translate it to our service capability augmentation Required Skills: - 12+ years in financial services consulting / professional services - Strong consulting & analytics background with experience in hands-on delivery and problem solving - Global client management experience is highly desired - Significant experience in operational delivery & people management - An experience of in technology and/or management consulting is highly desired - A track record of excellent results delivered to clients - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
