Your Opportunity:

Department- Financial Services

Nature of Job- Permanent

Location- Gurugram

Job Title- Analyst/ Senior Analyst/ Lead analyst

Reporting To- Manager/ Senior Manager

We'll trust you to:

- Work as an integral part of Private Equity Clients' deal team and engage in frequent client interactions

- Operate as a sector expert providing consulting approach to each assignment and create a thorough / deep dive analysis on sectors / companies / themes

- Engage in independent discussions with clients' investment professionals and provide your opinion on the analysis, originating from your sector experience

- Analyze and identify potential targets for Private Equity Clients and drive the deal from initiation to end

- Assist in preparing investment memo (research, analysis, presentation development)

- Create marketing teasers / Information Memorandum for deals

- Quarterly update of precedents transactions list, public comps list

- Research on potential funding sources

- Work independently on complex projects and deliver error-free outcomes, while maintaining high levels of efficiency and clear client communication

- Conduct on-the-job and off-the-job training sessions for new joiners and team members

What you'll need to have:

- 5-7 years of consulting sector experience working with global clients preferably financial institutions

- Strong in creating power point presentations (Teasers/CIM/Industry & Company Analysis /Thematic Research) for deals

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Proficiency in databases would be preferred - Factset, CapIQ, Bloomberg, Pitchbook

- Post-Graduate preferably MBA (specialization finance & econometrics)/CFA/CA
