Evaluation Manager - Product/Sensory/Customer - Home Care/Personal Care

- Manager Evaluation (Product/Sensory/Customer) for Home Care & Personal Care dept.

- Candidate should have Minimum of 5 Yrs of work experience in product /consumer/sensory evaluation of personal care products for a leading MNC is a non-negotiable criterion for the search.

- Hands on experience on various instruments to measure product performance parameters of personal care products.

- Sound statistical knowledge to evaluate and interpret instrument data and translate them into claim propositions.

Job Description: 

- Preparation of SOP for product evaluation

- Build an in-house sensory panel in R&D

- Conduct Sensory and instrumental evaluation in-vitro /in-house for early stage prototypes

- Guide formulators towards consumer perception, organoleptic value derivation for each NPDs

- Coordinate and conduct Small scale consumer evaluation in near by saloons for various personal care/home care products

- Connect with CMI team and marketing team to understand business need and transform in to product evaluation towards right target groups (TGs) for R&D prototypes

- Train young talents towards product evaluations procedures

- Build strategy towards evaluation data generation for already existing products for better claim generation
