To gain access to local information sources we employ - in country- Freelance Analysts across over 80 countries and on an on-going basis.   To consistently deliver excellence in research we need to maintain, grow and improve our pool of external and internal analysts. This role will address this need across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.  Furthermore, this role will focus in ensuring the expansion and development of our internal Catalyst team, an analytical unit designed to play a key role in both product development and the implementation of large complex Consulting projects globally.  The role :   - Reporting to a Head of Product Development (HoPD), the Research Recruiter will be responsible for meeting the resourcing needs of our consulting teams in Bangalore, Singapore and Dubai.   - The Research Recruiter will work closely with the HoPD to develop and run a recruitment process which proactively seeks out and builds the volume and caliber of our:  - In-house Analyst team in Bangalore   - Freelance Analyst pool in Asia Pacific and the Middle East   - The Research Recruiter will be responsible for the recruitment, on-boarding, and assist the effective management of our Freelance Analyst pool in the allocated regions.  - The Research Recruiter is required to collaborate and learn from our global teams and peers in Consulting recruitment and training in London and Chicago.   - Likewise he/she should seek to share improvements on sources and procedures with the wider global team, so that we may improve our best practices globally.  Responsibilities :  - To liaise regularly with our recruitment teams in Bangalore, Singapore and Dubai to try standardize documentation and recruitment (testing) practices; and leveraging materials already developed by Consulting Research Recruiters in Europe and the Americas.  - To work closely and collaboratively with our internal recruitment specialists in Bangalore, Singapore and Dubai. This will ensure efficient use of existing recruitment resources, processes and analysts in place.   - To collaborate with Consulting and Syndicated research staff across the three assigned offices to identify and cultivate the best recruitment sources for high-calibre Analysts.  - Full time and Freelance Analyst Recruitment   - To ensure our in-house Bangalore Consulting team in-house analyst recruitment needs are met, primordially those of our internal Catalyst team (Key priority)  - To ensure the in-country freelance Analyst needs of the Consulting teams across the three allocated offices are met   - To collaborate with our Syndicated research team to ensure effective recruitment and on-boarding, as well as freelance Analyst resource sharing   - To develop clear job specifications with the required skills/criteria (in terms of location, language, research and analytical skills) to help fulfil project specific recruitment needs  - To build relationships with Analysts sources (i.e. business schools) alongside our recruitment specialists to facilitate the broader recruitment process of in-house and in-country freelance Analysts   - To screen incoming CVs, as well as test and evaluate potential Analysts prior to their employment on a freelance or full time basis  - To master and maintain applicant tracking software and websites - OpenHire and Linked- In, and promote efficient and effective use by all relevant research staff  Freelance Analyst pool management responsibilities   - To replicate/improve existing tracking and requisition processes currently used in Europe and the Americas, to facilitate the smooth allocation of freelance analysts onto new projects.
