Program Manager
What You Will Do:
- Industrialization of New Product launches
- Oversee the industrialization process for New Product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of design, engineering, and production processes.
- Implement and optimize manufacturing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve Manufacturing targets, ensuring production goals are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures to enhance throughput and meet targets.
- Foster strong collaboration with internal departments such as design, engineering, and quality assurance to streamline the industrialization process.
- Provide technical expertise to address challenges & implement improvements in the production workflow
- Act as a bridge between product, manufacturing, and sales, ensuring alignment and coherence in manufacturing output.
- Support tasks related to the CEO's office.
- Program Management: Lead and oversee critical programs and projects initiated by the CEO. Ensure they are executed effectively, on time, and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture. Provide guidance, support, and opportunities for team members' growth.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and encourage a team-centric approach in program execution.
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with the CEO to define and execute the strategic vision, providing insights and recommendations to drive the company's success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including finance, operations, and marketing, to ensure alignment and coordination in program execution.
- Project Monitoring: Monitor the progress of programs and projects, addressing any issues or roadblocks and providing regular updates to the CEO.
What You Will Bring:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an MBA from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 5 years + of experience in program management, preferably in a startup environment.
- Client-Centric: Strong client management skills, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience in team management, including mentoring and guiding team members.
- Strategic Thinker: A strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to the development and execution of business strategies.
