About the Role :

Euler Motors is looking to hire motivated individuals to oversee various streams - Sourcing, Manufacturing, Gross Margins. In this position, you will work across teams to gain alignment, develop, and execute a common plan across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind, a proven ability to strategize, implement high-level program initiatives and a great command over numbers.

- Operations Design - Candidate should have a background in designing processes for operations and should be able to integrate latest technologies and best practices for data capture to bring about transparency and efficiency in the process.

- Execution - Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans/timelines that set deadlines. Provide employees and their resources with the guidance, direction, leadership, and support necessary to ensure that they're able to accomplish their goals

- Relationships - Builds effective relationships and collaborates with peers, managers and co-workers. Openly communicates, provides timely feedback and shares ideas. Candidate will also need to develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources-including third-party vendors and researchers

- Analytics and Quantitative -Candidate should have above average quantitative aptitude and should demonstrate strong inclination to utilise and merge data to business and to make decisions.

Responsibilities :

- Develop a budget and operating plan for the businesses

- Managing revenue and growth for the business unit

- Implement customer usage metrics & reporting, with a strong focus on improving customer experience.

- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement

- Stakeholder management across cross functional activities

About You :

- A Bachelor's degree from a top tier engineering college (IIT/NIT or equivalent)

- MBA degree from tier 1 institute is preferable but not a pre-requisite

- 5+ years of experience in consulting/start-up/project manager/Project manager
