Primary Responsibility :
- To work assigned public hospitals according to the RC potential and include specifications to generate new RC.
- To be highly complaint in doing public business with respective to handling in different stalk holders like dealers, purchase managers and admin departments.
- To achieve his assigned sales budget month on month with the projected growth.
- To manage the assigned territory with respective to customer coverage with assigned frequency and also adhere to the SFE parameters and norms.
- To identify and validate potential customers through them achieve the assigned sales budget by effective in clinic performance and relationship building.
- Expertise in evidence base selling by mastering-by-mastering clinical data and studies.
- Key account management with respect to enlisting & farming.
- Effective channel management in terms of identification / appointment /monitoring secondary sales movement.
- Engaging potential customers in medico marketing activities.
- Vigilant on competitor activities with timely interventions.
- Collaborative work within the team members .
- Adhering to company and managers' requirements in terms of work norms compliance and other policies.
- Submission of documents in a timely manner and sticking to deadlines.
- With proper analysis of sales trends and take corrective actions.
Secondary Responsibility :
- Collaborative work with medical, marketing & SFE teams.
- Information of customers insights and competitive details to marketing team during brand plans.
- Attending training and skill development programs which will conducted by the company.
- Improving the market share for the focused brands.
- Timely intimations of product complaints and adverse interact reactions.
- Collecting the feedbacks about the product performance
