Roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementation and maintenance of the HRMS system, ensuring that it is up-to-date, accurate, and functional.
- Managing employee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and regulations.
- Responsible for attendance management, leave management
- Managing & building various employee friendly benefits programs & policies
- Point of contact for all attendance, payroll, benefits, policies, HR systems, processes etc related employee queries
- Planning and executing employee engagement activities on monthly, quarterly & annual basis and Coordinating various employee events
- Assist with other HR-related duties as assigned.
- Responsible for various MIS reports like such as Payroll MIS, Headcount, attrition, etc.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, Benefits or related roles
- MBA degree in HR is preferred but not mandatory
- Good knowledge of Employment and Labour laws
- Prior experience working in the ZOHO HRMS ecosystem will be an added advantage
- Skilled at MS Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Strong communication skills & analytical ability
- Stakeholder Management with a Keen eye for detail
