Position: Product Manager / Product Owner

Job Description:

- As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our cutting-edge Unified Commerce Retail Platform ETP Unify.

Your responsibilities will include:

Product Ownership: Assume the role of Product Owner for ETP Unify, engaging with stakeholders to align product roadmaps with the overall product vision.

Backlog Management: Effectively manage the features backlog, prioritizing based on discussions with stakeholders and strategic business objectives.

Agile Development Lifecycle: Drive the end-to-end life cycle of new features within an agile framework, collaborating closely with Scrum Masters, Development teams, and QA teams.

Release Management: Oversee incremental releases, ensuring seamless integration of new functionalities into the ETP Unify platform.

Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of changing trends and emerging technologies through proactive research and analysis, ensuring the continued relevance of the product.

Techno-Functional Understanding: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the technical and functional aspects of the product.

Synergy Building: Foster synergy among ETP products, understanding their interdependencies and enhancing overall product cohesion.

Team Management: Lead and mentor the Business Analyst team, providing guidance on design and ensuring their professional development.

Knowledge Sharing and Training: Drive knowledge sharing and training initiatives across the organization, including pre-sales, implementation, sales and marketing, support, and QA teams. Conduct regular product update webinars.

Customer Feedback Coordination: Collaborate with the project team to gather customer feedback and coordinate enhancements to the product.

Skills & Experience:

Project Implementation: Demonstrated experience in implementing at least 5 retail software projects.

Retail Domain Expertise: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in the retail domain with in-depth knowledge of various processes in POS, Promotion, Inventory, and CRM.

Tool Proficiency: Working knowledge of design tools, Jira, and proficiency in creating user stories and acceptance criteria.

Research and Solution Design: Ability to conduct research and propose solution designs for given topics.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead the Business Analyst team, providing guidance on design and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Self-Driven: Demonstrated self-drive, continuous learning, and independence as a resource.
