ETL Architect - Clinical Trial Process

Skills Needed:

8-14 years- experience in Application Development and BI technologies

Min 3 yrs experience working in Life Sciences domain with an understanding of Pharma R&D and Clinical Trial process

Experience in Database design using any leading RDBMS like Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server

Experience in Data Warehouse, Data Mart design. Good understanding of Business Intelligence concepts such as OLAP, OLTP

Exposure to NoSQL and columnar databases is helpful

Ability to comprehend broader data architecture issues in dealing with diverse data sets - Big Data, Cloud etc.

Expertise in ERWIN / data modeling tools

Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodologies

Functional knowledge on Life Science and Clinical Operation as follow

Provide Functional/ technical Data Management leadership for multiple trials projects.

Provide inputs ensure consistency of Protocols, Validation and Analysis Plans (VAPs)/ Data Handling Plans (DHP) & eCRFs for all trials within assigned projects.

Responsible for contributing to protocols and preparing the eCRF, VAP/ DHP, database design testing (UAT), identifying errors and inconsistencies, freezing and locking database as appropriate).

The Analyst will have experience using software packages such as SQL to analyze large Clinical Ops Datasets and will have a proven ability to effectively interpret, summarize, and communicate his/her analyses to diverse audiences.

The Analyst will have a passion for analyzing data, the capability to work on several projects at once, and a proven ability to effectively communicate analytic results.

Experience utilizing SQL to extract, cleanse, link, and integrate Clinical Opsdata from various platforms and large datasets, with demonstrable proficiency in writing maintainable, supportable, and well-documented code

Experience with implementing and using data quality processes, including the demonstrated ability to assess accuracy of output at a report level and to investigate potential
