- Responsible for leading all SEO SEM and Traffic/Leads performance - Devise and manage the execution of the Organic and Search engine marketing plans - lead through a team of SEO and SEM Managers and Third Party Agencies - Coordinate with various stakeholders - Product/Content/Tech to achieve targeted organic and paid search sessions MoM - Work cross functionally to deliver meaningful reporting and recommendations on campaign success in a timely manner - Review technical SEO issues and recommend/lead fixes - Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy - Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects to the CXOs on a Monthly/Quarterly basis - Work with social media and Digital Marketing teams to optimize campaigns - Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends Requirements : - Proven experience as SEO Head and SEM Head or similar role - Knowledge of standard and current SEO/SEM practices - Experience with SEO/SEM reporting - Familiarity with relevant web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends) - Excellent communication skills - Strong organizational and leadership skills - Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude - MBA in Marketing, Business or related field Seniority Level : Senior Manager/General Manager Expected CTC - 25 LPA
