1. Achieve Sales and Profit targets, with a good understanding of premium and luxury product sales :

a. Responsible for managing multiple profit centers/ teams at a single location.

b. Ensuring delivery of sales and margins as per agreed budgets under span of control

c. Responsible for Top Line and Bottom Line achievements.

d. Enhance the output of the department through Contribution and Profitability.

e. Augment growth year on year.

2. Deliver excellent Customer Service :

a. Create high sensitivity amongst the staff and lead by example.

b. Groom and coach the team to exhibit international standards of customer care at all the times.

c. Strive to reach AMEX level of calling standards while not deviating from the main theme i.e. sales.

3. Prepare, Execute and Map annual business plan :

a. Prepare strategies to ensure target completion.

b. Identify weak sales people and take measures to augment their performance.

c. Responsible for executing new projects of the department at Operations level.

d. Responsible for presenting Business Cases & Profitability.

4. MIS and Exemplary Team & performance management :

a. Maintain a robust team level Data Management (to analyze existing as well as real time data for analysis).

b. Track effectiveness of SOPs through feedback data and assess performance against pre-determined measures and benchmarks.

c. Work on equipping people with all the tools and training so that they can become multiskilled.

d. Ensure Quarterly MIS reporting.

e. Take administrative control of the team and act as a guide, trainer and coach

f. Prepare Self and team and equip them with updated product and brand knowledge through regular sessions.

g. Allocate and assess KPI's and KRA's of the team as per Company goals and targets

h. Ensure succession planning for key positions

i. Identify and implement a growth / development path for HIPO and LOPO employees in the department.
