Ethiqual - AGM - Facility Management

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To ensure consistency in terms of standards and procedures, work practices, through OMs and Facility Managers.

- To conduct the daily meetings with the Site Manager to ensure smooth day to day operations.

- Ensure all statutory compliances and processes are completed for the site.

- Responsible for all client interactions & client service reviews.

- Weekly reviews with the OMs and Facility Manager on the services.

- Ensures site mobilization and transition as per the client solution.

- Suggest and plan along with the Facility / Ops Manager, innovative and cost effective solutions for the site.

- To work on the operational processes at sites along with the respective managers and review of the processes and whether the same can be more effectively used for efficient work.

- Responsible for all needed coordinations with the Account Head and Corporate & Base office.

- Responsible for MIS and profitability of site as per contractual terms.

- To lead and train a team of OMs and Facility managers in the Area / Region

- Structured operational reviews.

- Implementation of new initiatives at the client location.
