Consolidation Manager

Brief Job description :

- To prepare / review consolidated financial statements of ETC Group as per International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in multi currency environment (monthly / quarterly and annual)

- Ensuring financial reporting to be in accordance with the applicable guidelines and reporting requirements of the regulators.

- Responsible for establishing strong controls via robust financial processes, policies and improvements.

- Coordinate with group entities to facilitate audit and financial consolidation and detailed disclosures as per IFRS

- Coordinating with auditors and ensure closure of audit on time

- Detailed analysis of financial statements of group companies

- Resolving accounting and audit issues

- Inter company reconciliations

- Implementation of new IFRS / amendments / regulatory requirements

- New transactions / acquisitions/ restructures

Qualifications :

- CA with 8 - 10 years of post-qualification (CA 2010 - 2012 batch) in Financial reporting and Consolidation of Financial statements (under IndAS / IFRS)

- Must have handled consolidation of big group consisting 50 - 100 entities

- Good understanding of reporting requirements under IndAS / IFRS

- Team Management
