Responsibilities of the Marketing Head will include :
- Manage and lead the marketing for the company, various events and activities within the marketing department.
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Overseeing the company's marketing budget.
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
- Overall responsibility for brand management.
- Research and Market Analysis.
- Preparing online and marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL).
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Help produce and deliver the marketing strategy promoting events to delegates and exhibitors.
- Execute the marketing campaign(s) and report on effectiveness and results ensuring all elements achieve required performance criteria.
- Manage creative/design process for marketing material. This includes the update and development of existing materials plus the creation of new material in line with the marketing strategy.
- Work with the sales team to create sales campaigns, focused on both new client growth and increased client retention.
- Develop strategic audience development plans and ensure marketing communications reflect event positioning and key messaging.
- Oversee and execute community building and social media strategies that drive engagement, interaction, brand affinity and could improve the audience experience.
- Manage Budgets and provide accurate and timely reporting of key marketing statistics and forecasts.
Requirements of the role:
- 3-8 years of work experience.
- Some work experience in Events & Media is an added advantage.
- MBA/Bachelors in Marketing/Advertising/PR/Journalism from a good institute.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Creative bent, ability to lead and motivate the team.
- Confident and dynamic personality.
