Job Responsibilities:

- Managing clients and understanding their business goals and desired performance objectives.

- Devising strategies based on quantitative research for execution of campaigns to achieve said goals.

- Managing projects related to digital analytics from start to finish including data integration, report & dashboard automation, product analytics & insights, data collection & product optimisation.

- Analysing performance of digital campaigns on different levels using appropriate key performance indicators (KPI) classifications: impressions, CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, conversions.

- Identifying opportunities that are most effective at driving conversions, revenue, ROI, & scale across Digital Marketing Programs.

- Preparation & analysis of performance reports. Providing tactical insights and recommendations for both numbers and creatives for increased performance.

- Leading the design & implementation of experiments for improving products such as A/B split testing.

- Assisting the team in training of tactical processes & best practices of Digital Analysis.

- Building frameworks for the portfolio of ET Medialabs through research, creating case studies and establishing thought leadership by contributing articles.

Skills Required:

- 4 plus years of industry experience (agency experience is a plus).

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Media Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, English or related Fields from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges.

- Above 80% in class 10th & 12th Mathematics.

- In-depth knowledge of Google Adwords, Facebook Ads & Google Analytics.

- Excellent problem solving & analytical skills.

- Strong quantitative skills with a knack of translating numbers into actionable insights and creatives.

- Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment.

- Punctual and dedicated towards meeting goals & deadlines.

- Able to effectively work independently, and as part of a team.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Excellent verbal and written communication in both Hindi and English.

Must Haves: Minimum 3 years of experience in managing Google Ads, FB Ads or DV Spend.

Good To Have: B.Tech Degree from top colleges across India.
