Responsibilities :

- End-to-end client management including business analysis, managing scope & schedule, delivery and optimization.

- Understanding Client's business goals and desired performance objectives.

- Devising strategies on clients- brief & taking decisions for the team to deliver upon.

- Manage & prioritize prospects- pipeline, in line with monthly/quarterly/yearly goals.

- Manage the workflow process to ensure proper alignment of budget and resources.

- Creating customized & impactful performance reports for client meetings.

- Be the key point of contact for new work discussions with clients.Negotiate contracts including renew, upsell, etc.

- Manage, lead and guide a team of Digital Marketing strategists & business operations team to drive multiple programs to completion.

- Work closely with business development & senior analyst teams to provide strategic inputs.

- Building frameworks for the portfolio of ET Medialabs through performance marketing initiatives.

Skills Required :

- 3-5 years of agency experience. Demonstrated track record of developing senior level client relationships.

- Strong relationship management skills.

- Excellent communication & presentation skills as well as a proven ability to develop well-positioned & thoughtful documents & presentations.

- Strong understanding of Digital Analytics.

- Hands on experience & deep expertise in Google Analytics, Google Adwords & Facebook Advertising.

- Thorough knowledge of the principles of advertising, marketing & media with thought leadership around the dynamics of the digital & interactive space, specifically Social, Digital Media & Search.

- Being on top of industry updates from technology, competition & functionality perspective.

- Ability to use alternative analytical approaches to solve digital/interactive marketing problems.
